His professional expertise was honed during a significant tenure at BSR and Associates LLP (KPMG India), where he executed comprehensive statutory and group audits for large multinational corporations. Serving complex sectors such as venture capital, healthcare, conversational artificial intelligence, and the pharmaceutical industry—including entities reporting to the Tokyo Stock Exchange—he developed a profound command over Indian Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards, and the evaluation of Internal Financial Controls.
Further fortifying his leadership skills, Manav served as a Finance Manager for the Hotels Division of ITC Limited. In this role, he orchestrated practical, business-oriented financial management, including credit policy adherence and strict compliance with Goods and Services Tax and Tax Deducted at Source laws.
