Chartered Accountant Manav Saraogi holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accountancy from Christ (Deemed to be University).

He worked at BSR and Associates LLP (KPMG India), conducting statutory and group audits for multinational corporations across sectors including venture capital, healthcare, artificial intelligence, and pharmaceuticals, including entities reporting to the Tokyo Stock Exchange. This work involved Indian Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards, and the evaluation of Internal Financial Controls.

He subsequently served as a Finance Manager for the Hotels Division of ITC Limited, handling financial management including credit policy and compliance with Goods and Services Tax and Tax Deducted at Source requirements.

The firm's practice includes direct tax litigation, including drafting of Grounds of Appeal and Statements of Facts for assessment proceedings, including search and seizure matters, and representation before appellate authorities (Commissioner of Income Tax – Appeals).
